How to use it
- Choose a square logo or symbol. A simple mark reads better at 16 pixels than a full logo with words.
- Set padding and a background colour, and check the previews at real size.
- Download the ZIP and upload the files to the root folder of your website.
- Copy the HTML into your site's head. On WordPress you can instead set a Site Icon under Appearance, Customize, Site Identity.
Good to know
- Images are processed in your browser and never leave your device.
- Browsers cache favicons heavily. After installing, check in a private window.
